This study sought to measure and quantify the mobility benefits of Pediatric Belt Canes in pediatric patients with CVI. Video analyses calculated metrics for foot mobility, approximate speed, step frequency, and estimated step lengths. Pediatric Belt Canes lead to marked, quantifiable improvements in mobility for children with CVI, supporting the beneficial effects of utilizing Pediatric Belt Canes in the care and management of such patients.
