Choose the system that best matches your child’s daily environments.

Dual-Cane System

The Pediatric Belt Cane Dual-Cane System includes:

  • 1. structured belt

  • 2 lightweight rectangular cane frames.

🔷 Standard Belt Cane System

Best for:

  • outdoor use

  • unfamiliar environments

  • uneven terrain or spaces with changes in level

Designed to provide consistent forward tactile feedback in environments where conditions may change.

🔷 Specialty Belt Cane System

Best for:

  • indoor environments

  • familiar spaces

  • single-level movement settings

Designed for smoother, controlled environments where movement patterns are more predictable.

Putting on the Belt Cane

Once worn, the Belt Cane provides continuous tactile feedback as your child moves through their environment.

When the Belt Cane is secured, the frame stays positioned in front of the child as they move.

This allows the child to receive consistent tactile information about the space ahead while walking, turning, and exploring.

The cane tips provide continuous feedback about whether the path is open, changing, or obstructed—supporting more informed movement decisions.

About sizing

A correct fit helps ensure comfort, stability, and consistent feedback during movement. The Pediatric Belt Cane is custom-sized rather than adjustable. This helps maintain consistent positioning and performance during use.
